Monday pet store adventures.

Since my only immediate hw that is due is reading, I decided to take advantage of the weather and read outside. I wanted to read somewhere new (aka, not Union or Washington Square park) and I eventually decided on Tompkins Square Park. As I was walking over there, my friend Brent asks me to go to the pet store with him! Naturally, I agreed, and we embarked on an adventure in Alphabet City!

We spent a good 45 minutes in the pet store shopping for Brent's fish, Tranny and his new fish Tigress Ferosh.

They finally caught the snake—apparently it was on the loose....

[perfect] Wednesday afternoon.

I spent a lovely afternoon with Eric Ding in Washington Square park today. There was a man was playing classical music on an upright piano and I finally saw the sand man artist in action! Plus, there was a random samsung promotion? I’m not entirely sure. Also, Starbucks/Faye’s accidentally gave me a hazelnut iced coffee. strange. I wasn't too fond of it actually..... If only the weather had been 5 degrees warmer today and the sun was out. But, overall it was a peaceful afternoon full of people watching and classical music. love. At precisely 12:17pm, New York University declared today a SNOW DAY. Therefore, Lena and my natural instinct was to spend the afternoon (4 hours) making VALENTINE'S.
