Last weekend, my sister and I decided to make pomegranate sorbet using a
very simple recipe we found on google:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
We used about 1/3 cup of lemon juice, because I had squeezed too much, but it didn't make the sorbet too tart, as expected! Instead, it was more of a pomegranate lemonade flavor!
